Times Square Spin 2010
This was one of those shots you can only prepare for so much. I was shooting sunlit subjects in the background and then walked down the street into the shade when this cyclist appeared from nowhere. Everything was manually set, so I dropped the camera to street level and fired a couple of shots. The original was underexposed by at least three stops, so the result is simply good luck. Wonder what his photo of me looks like (preview of the next tourist fatality by checkered cab).
