Cherry Blossoms #4 – White On Green
by John Downey
I took these yesterday morning along with those on the previous three posts. The “snow” (.5mm qualifies as a major storm in DC) melted by 10am. More than that and cherry blossoms, the clearing storm clouds and first rays of sun made for some great color for photography. The flowers will peak tomorrow so if you’re in town, get out there and enjoy the festival! Craig Corl already has some great shots of the Jefferson Memorial and the Tidal Basin on his blog.
