Meet Chef Endalk. I took this at dusk after our drive into the park from Debark. After snapping the tent together, I returned to see Endalk in full kit! Every day thereafter, he kicked it up a notch. Pasta al dente and soups that would make Julia jiggle. In our last 24 hours, we imparted some culinary favs. Baked garlic appetizers (that the scouts engulfed) and hash browns for breakfast. Endalk rocks.
